Changing a heater motor, HELP!!

I gotta change the heater motor on my '78. No problem getting the motor loose, but HOW THE HECK DO YOU GET IT OUTTA THE HOLE?? Does anyone have a streamlined way to get the motor removed from the car? The radiator overflow tank can move, but it still looks tight.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance,

Looks like maybe I drop it out of the bottom after I remove the splash guard behind the wheelwell? Oh, and this car does have air, if it matters.

I guess no one has a clue?? I've pulled the radiator overflow tank loose and have tried to pull it, but it's hitting the exhaust manifold on that side and doesn't seem to want to go any further.

I don't know if dropping it out of the bottom will be an option or not. I'm gonna look at that latter. It's too cold in my shop to rush getting any kind of work done. I'll wait until latter.
