higher hood cowl

i just got me hands on a revell-monogram chevy cmarro yenko model and
feal that the hood cowl is a little low any one here hos has any idea of how to get it a couple of millimeter higher ? and where i can get some pro street looking tires and wheels ore how i can modifie the wheels that comes with the kit?
