My blazer wobbles around 25 mph. I have had ball joints and u joints replaced recently, and I just replaced the tie rod ends. Anyone have any suggestions why this thing wobbles?? Could the ball joints or u joints have gone bad already?? It's only been like 8 months since they were replaced. Thanks

Check your idler arm.

1. Check the condition of your tires to see if one is starting to fall apart.
2. Inspect your rims for the rub mark where a balance weight may have fallen off

I had someone tell me that it could be the output shaft bearing on the transmission, can anyone tell me if this could be true.

I doubt it... Check your pitman arm as well. Now one of the problems with aftermarket ball joints is that they don't always come with lockwashers and the guys that put them on for you may not have put any on. Jack up the front, move the sheel from top to bottom (or have someone do it for you) and see if you can see any movement in the ball joint area. Another thing is that I've have actually seen some of these places not grease the joint when they put them on....(Scary). Have a tire rotation done on your truck and see if it goes away, if it does you can narrow it down to the tire/wheel... Hell, you could have easily had a belt break inside the tire.

Sounds like a bad tire or wheel.
Hit a curb lately?

I never noticed anything wrong with the blazer, until my wife and I were on the highway, and it was pulling to the right, pretty badly. I asked her if she had checked the tires lately, and she said she had, and that one had been low for awhile. I took it and filled the tire back up, and it was still pulling, although not as bad. Then a few days later, she noticed it wobbling, not just the steering wheel or anything, but the whole vehicle. Since then I have replaced the tie rod ends, and I also tried taking off the tire that had been low, and replacing it with our full size spare, all to no avail. The ball joints and u joints were replaced by midas about 6 months or so ago.

SAY THE WORDS CASTER ,CAMBER , TOE . you replaced the tie rod ends did you get it aligned???
If not do so fast. I would bet the house that its toes out or in real bad causing a fighting action between the front tires and you feel a wooble

My wife went to discount tire today, and they said that one of the tire's was screwed up, and they put the full size spare on, and rotated the tires, but she said that the blazer still wobbles, although she says it's not as bad. Does anyone think an alignment would fix this??
