Anyways, cost of living is fucking me in the ass and I NEED to go to school to find a good job, but for what? I am completely open for whatever as long as I can live comfortably and start a life for my kids. Anybody here have some advice that is happy with their job and PAY? Help a brother out! Thanks... :bandit:

First off, let me say this. You should never say your family is a fuck up. Or I will kick your ass. :smoker2: j/k
But seriously. I am 23, have a kid. Been married for four years, and make a little more then you, and started off doing tech support.
But it depends on what you want to do. The computer field is still booming. Just go to www.monster.com and look at all the hundreds of computer related jobs. Some of them start out at $38k for people just out of school, or 1 -2 years experiance. So that is always a option.
It would be best if you sat down, and wrote a quick little list of the things you like to do. Then run a search for those types of job fields.

Thanks for the fast reply, Im not saying my family is fucked, just my decisions. I have lowered myself to ask for advice on an automotive forum, I figured some guys here drive some nice ass cars and may be able to share their success tips. :D Yeah, I was thinking about something in the PC tech field. My brother is 18 with an A+ and some Cisco certifications, but he's having a hard time finding a job cuz of his age.

Well heres my 2cents on jobs. If you want to make realy good money then I would say go into computers or telecom. I only say this from experience, I am a engineer for a large phone company and I make well over 50k a year which is very good money if you consider I didn't finish my degree and I have only been working in telecom for about three years. My g/f works as a Java programer and makes as much as I do and will be making more then me in just a few short years. We bothe went to technical colleges and majored in Computer Information Systems. She graduated in three years and was working a good year before she graduated. I only went for two years when I was offered an entry level job then I lucked out and got to move up the latter rather quickly. So there you go my advice is get into your local Tech school and study computers at night untill you get a job that you want.

Well there is a lot of math but nothing difficult just the easy stuff you learned in highschool. If you like cumputers then get into that, you only take about two or three math classes in CIS.
