2000 blazer when horn is pressed rt turn signal blinks??

i have 2000 chev blazer 4x4 4.3 2 door,when i hit the horn on my dash read out the rt turn signal blinks,i think i have a ground problem?also my cigar lighter isnt working,can someone tel me if these are all on same fuse.also my horn sounds weak,possibly a bad horn note? please help driving me bonkers

anyway there is a short trace the wires to the horn and make sure there not grounding out somehwre .. and same with signals.

Look into the horn first. It may be grounding/shorting out inside which could be causing your other problems. Pull it off, clean it up, and test it on a battery to see if it still works ok. Bad grounds can do all sorts of weird things. I have a utility trailer that gives me a bad ground from time to time. Causes my interior lights to flicker and my cluster to go out when it starts acting up.
