98 chevy

i have a 98 chevy that has a 4.3 in it. i want to switch it over to a 350. i i know it can be done but what will i need to do it. it has a 5 speed and is 2WD. its the W/T version so its a 6 foot bed single cab. what could my 1/4 mile time be once its installed.
