Window goes down but not up!!!

Has anyone had this problem? The passenger window on my two year old TB will operate down from both controls but not up. If you play around with it long enough (1 minute to 15 minutes) it will eventually activate the motor and go up. When I push either button, I can hear the relay engaging but the window motor is silent. I was thinking to check the motor but with the way that control wiring is now run I did not think I could do that plus getting the door panel off looks to be a bear. Any suggestions??

Pretty modern stuff here, but try shutting the door just when you operate the window. If the motor itself is at fault, maybe the jarring will make it work, then you know what the problem is. I think, not sure on this, that the window is actually controlled by the body control computer so there may be something else locking it out.
