has any one used stock ls mounts on a b18 in a rex or do the grind of the brass fittings on the to make them fit in the brackets has any one did this before ifso fill me in? :loser:

Ive seen people try to modify stock mounts to put other engines in; in order to advoid purchasing a kit but in the longrun its much easier and less of a hassle. Plus you have to know how to weld good!

Damn, get some cheapo motor mounts of ebay for $150.

i had thoes but sold dem and i can weld making my own mounts aint shit i asked if any one used stock mounts dumpass so get ur shit straight.

Nobody uses stock motormounts on a b-series swaps, because it doesnt place the motor correctly. So have at it with your great welding skills. If they are anything like your typing skills, I doubt they will hold up.
