Engine swaps for 97 legacy

What motor swaps could I do to a 97 legacy withe a 2.2l motor I want the new sti 300hp motor would that work I have a 5 speed manual :smokin:

Mechanically the STi, WRX, or most other engines would fit in easily. Its the wiring thats a bitch...
