Steering column repair

I have a 1996 Chevrolet Suburban which has a damaged wiring harness in the steering column. Additionally, the lower steering column shroud is broken. I am going to have to remove the steering wheel to effect the repairs. In order to do this I need to disconnect the passive restraint system so that it will not deploy. I understand that to do that I need to disconnect the battery for thirty minutes and then disconnect the air bag fuse for thirty minutes. Then what? Also, where will I find the air bag fuse?
