Fuse Box

I have been replacing old fuses with new ones when they go bad. I have never seen a fuse like this before buying this car. The have a thin wire on top of fuse and you and you can check to see if it is bad without removing it. Is this a certain type of fuse that I should be using to replace it with or can I use any type of fuse makin gsure it matches the right amps. If so where can I get these fuses.

Im sure if the fuse is the same amperage then it doesnt matter what it looks like. I belive you can get them from your dealer or a auto parts store if your lucky.
