Power Windows

I am getting ready to go buy a couple window motors for my 1998 firebird. As this is my first time changing them I am asking for tips in this project. Once on this forum I read that the first one should take about an hour and the second one 30-45 minutes, any truth to this statement? any tips would be helpful
