Rumor or not

i heard a rumor that after 150K miles on a nissan sentra they might have to have the timming realliened or reset. Is this true??

for those who are interested this is not a rumor, at least not with my sentra, The idler sprocket wears down and teh timming chain skips so the intake and exhuast camshafts down turn. at least for my GA16DE engine

youre supposed to replace your chain and tensioner after 100,000. but not alot of people do this cause its a bitch to do
