Need help with sunroof re-install

Hi,
I removed the sunroof, headliner, etc., on 840 to do some minor body repair around edge of roof. Repainted roof, replaced it and didn't get something right. It doesn't work correctly and also scraped new paint. Have removed, repainted and am ready to reinstall. Can anyone offer any insight into how the replacement should go? I would like to get it in correctly this time so as not to have to paint again...
