2003 Washer Fluid Change

I need to change the washer fluid in my 2003 Rodeo from the standard fluid to something that won't freeze in the Denver climate. Does anyone know how to drain out the existing fluid without running the washer fluid motor? The tank appears to be between the fender and the inner engine compartment wall. I already changed it on my Tacoma with no problems, just pulled the hose from the connection below the tank and let it drain, but I don't see that on this one, don't even see the tank. Is there an additive that can be added safely?

Isn't normal blue fluid rated to like -40?
You could do the washer motor for a bit and top it off with the new stuff too.

you can try to siphon it out with a small hose and a hand pump
dont forget about the rear tank also

Why the resistance to running it dry???? You can run those pumps dry for a LOOOOONG time before they will burn out. Hold the washer/mister on until it starts pumping, add the washer fluid of choice & press the washer/mister button until it starts flowing.

Is there one? I have an Amigo with a hard top and my rear washer pulls fluid from the front.

The 1998+ rodeos only have one tank as well. It's plumbed all the way to the back for the rear window/washer.
