98 regency-fan not spinning

I have a 1989 98 regency, the cooling fan stopped. I hard wired the fan to the battery and it worked. I was told it could be the cooling sensor. Anyone out there with same problem? or have any input to this problem.

It Could Be The Sensor But Also Ttry To Find The Relay Most Of The Time Its Either Or
