I've been having trouble with my accord. Sometimes when i go to start it, it won't start. I wait 15-20 minutes and it starts right up. The other day i was driving home and the rpm's dropped down and i couldn't accelerate, but the engine was running. I pulled over then my car died and wouldn't start again. i got out to check under the hood and noticed it was leaking antifreeze. The only thing i don't understand is that the car wasn't overheating at all. Also when i drive it after i get up above 30mph the check engine light comes on and it runs better than when the check engine light is off. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

Two issues here that need to be handled separately. Anti-frezze leaking is a leak problem that could be caused by a radiator or hose leaking. That needs to be addressed. The other is the check engine light. This comes on when the ECU detects a problem. It stores a code in the computer indicating what caused the light to come on then goes into a backup mode. Some of the sensors that make the car run better are disabled in the backup mode and the car just runs with the light on. You need to have the stored codes read and then you can determine the corrective action needed. On the 91 model codes are read using the service connector on the right side of the passenger compartment to the right of the glove compartment under the dash, or the same connector pins can be shorted together and the check engine light will blink the codes. The codes are a combination of long and short blinks which can be converted to numbers and then the numbers tied to descriptions.

my car had not been leaking antifreeze prior to this event. The puddle under the car was really bad and it leaked all over the bed of the tow truck, but it didn't overheat at all. If i busted a hose then wouldn't it of started overheating?

If it had enough time, yes it would have...but you said you pulled over shortly after...so it didn't have the chance to overheat.
And check your codes...that will tell you exactly what your problem is...either do it yourself, or some Autozones will do it for free...but since you had it on a tow truck, I'm guessing you will be doing it yourself (very easy).
