Flowmaster...

Anybody here use a flowmaster muffler in their exhaust system? My 97 max's exhaust is ready for retirement after many harsh New England winters, and I figured flowmaster is the way to go since i'm looking for a nice, deep tone much like that of a vintage camaro. They have many different series of mufflers on their website, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80. It appears the 60 is made for imports and 4 an 6 cylinder engines but it sounds a little ricey to me on the integra clip they have. I want something deep and aggressive so I'm thinking probably the original 40 series, but I'd like to hear what this sounds like on a max since it will sound much different than it does on the 69 camaro on their website. Sorry for the long post....bottom line...I want soundclips! Advice is welcome as well, thanks :)

a flowmaster will not sound that throaty on a maxima and also a guy i know at a muffler shop advised me not to get a flowmaster. He suggested borla. My friend has a borla on his car and it sounds really good. but i am also curious to hear what a flowmaster would sound like on a maxima.

There was a guy that put a 40 series Flowmaster on his Max and made it into a dual Setup. It sounded alright. It had that tinny flowmaster sound but it didn't sound real Ricey.
