2000 Cavalier Stalls Out & ?

Like many others, my Cavalier stalls out after the engine temp is 195F, deaccelerating (getting off the highway) or turning a corner. I have replaced spark plugs, wires, and IAC. Local dealer found no fault codes. Interesting thing is that my check engine light blinks once 7-8 seconds after the car is turned off. Not sure what that means. If you have any thoughts, please advise.
