ive been looking around and found that my engine id tag code for the tranny located on the firewall under the hood states that an mm5 tranny is what is used for my isuzu...heres what i also found out ...that the mm5 tranny translates into a t5 tanny also ..does this mean i can use a t5 gm tranny on my 1992 3.1 liter v6 rodeo anyone else out there knowledgable about this ...your comments are appriciated ..thanks my tranny is bad and i can get a t5 much cheaper than an 4l30 e tranny,i have 2 wheel drive on this beast..thanks

You may be able to use it, im not sure how the bolt patterns would line up though you may need an adaptor plate.

Ive been looking into changing my 4l30e for a 4l60e but its hard to find definitive information about it.
