Shaved doors

How do the shaved door kits with the poppers differ from those without the popper? What do the poppers really do? Will the kit work without the poppers?How far out does the popper make the car door open?

Poppers make the door open about 1"-2".

you dont really need popper.. it should open enuff to grab the door and open it
