Radiator Coolant

Radiator has turned to a pink foamy colour

you have transmission fluid in the coolant , .. the trans cooler in the radiator is leaking . A new radiator is in your future.

Make that the very near future. If water gets into the transmission it will destroy the tranny very quickly. While the tranny pressure is much higher than the water pressure mixing can occur. Have the car checked right away and the radiator replaced or put an external cooler on the transmission and flush the cooling system.
