Chinese Bearing Assembly

I've got a 99, 3.5L with 129k miles and I just replaced the two Bearing Assemblys. Now the traction comes on just as I move forward or reverse, and there is a bumping noise that happens almost every time I turn in either direction.
Has anyone ever put these Chinese made, bought from Auto Zone, Bearing Assemblys on and did you have similar problems?
Thanks

Chinese made = better than American made, sadly.
Yes, I had a front one installed on my '98 @ 80,000 or so. Still good at 160,000. I installed one myself on my '00 (rear) @ 55,000 and it's still going at 70,000. Not so sure about the rest of the car.
Wish I could rebuild it with those aftermarket parts......btw, mine came from Murray's Discount Auto Parts which sometimes uses different parts than AutoZone.
