gears/exhaust

I was going to get 4.10s/magnapacks and xpipe last weekend but that's when I got rearended...so I put that off for when I get my car back looking pretty. So I was just wondering..what's a good brand of gears? I've heard some brands have horrible whine whereas some others are whisper quiet. Plus I was wondering..can you still hear your car when you have loud exhaust such as magnapacks? I mean..I'd imagine that exhaust sound will pretty much cancel out alot of little noises you'd hear your car making. Just looking for some feedback. Man, can't wait til' the track opens..with them mods I'm hoping to run me some mid 13s. :)

personally we only install Ford Motorsport gears, we wont offer noise warranties with any other brands...not to say that they all whine...but we have never had a motorsport gear whine...

FMS are the only gear I have ever used or will ever use. I'm sure there are other good companies but FMS are easier to install if you are the one doing it and there are never quality issues. Also they aren't much more than the cheaper gears.
