95 talon problem

(Non turbo, automatic) When you start it up its fine but after driving it a while and it warms up thern it acts like its cutting out and the rpms will jump. Had dianostic and it comes up coil pak so bought a new one and it still does it and STILL reads coil pak. Changed wires and sparks plugs also. Any ideas?
