Help me decide on a turbo!

Okay, here is my situation. The engine is a Ford 351c(5.8L), which I want to spin to around 6500rpm and run roughly 10psi, maybe 15 at the track. I'm trying to decide on which turbos I should get.
I currently have two Garrett T3 turbos of 80's T-birds. They're .60 A/R compressor, .63 A/R turbine. They both need a rebuild.
My other option I've been considering is two T4s, these seem to be close:

.50 A/R compressor, .70 A/R turbine.

I'm worried the small T3 turbine/compressor will choke before I get to my redline, but I'm worried the T4s will just be too big and take forever to spool.

I have a 3500stall converter in a c4, 3.50 gears in the rearend and 28" tall tires. My question is, should I spend the ~$500 on rebuilding the T3s, or buy two spankin new T4s?
