Replacing headlamps

Hey, I know I'm probably pissing people off by asking this but I need help. Does anyone know where I can get a good installation guide for replacement headlamps. I heard I had to take the bumper off, but I'd like to do it right. My headlamps filled with water so there pretty messed up. Any help would be awesome.
