Does anyone have any idea how to get the passenger side power window motor out of the door without busting the welds? Both my front and rear power window motors have gone out, and I need to replace them.

The glass is held in place by two 1/4" rivets that need to be drilled out. Remove your weather strip and pull window out. Then there are 3 more rivets and two nuts holding the rest of the assy in. It isn't to hard to do. I take a punch and knock centers out of rivet first, then it is easier to drill out....

I'm done with the window motor. Once I got the rivets out, it wasnt too bad of a job. I also had to do the front passenger motor. It wasnt bad either but I had to drill a hole for the third bolt. Now they both work for the first time in about a year. Wish I wouldnt have waited this long to do it.
