short throw shifter if its a stick, you could also do some strut bars front and back maybe, lower tie bars. what model is it? is it vtec?

i think it should be a general rule to the whole forum that the words "CHEAP" and "HORSE POWER" should not be able to be used in the same post. starting now

it depends on what you are looking to do with your car

If your wanting something right away, test pipe and catback, and a short shifter. I won a skunk2 short shifter and weighted knob off of www.clubcivic.com and I enjoy it alot, and soon my test pipe and catback will be on, i got my headers for free from my cousin when he did his b16 swap. Also, I would go for a short ram intake if I were you, less chance of messing your engine up by hydrolocking, but maybe thats just me. Other than that, dont rice it out, and save for a swap.
