Relay prob.

I have a 90 eclipse gs and i have a problem. Im told its likely this relay, because i have a electricle short. when I touch the neg cable to the batterie it gets a shock /spark. When i take the relay out It doesent spark any more. Im not sure what realy it is though ,so its been hard to try to by a new one .the cover sor my relays under the hood is scratched up so i cant see clearly what the relay says.
If anyone can help i would appreciate it.
