2000 model year recall?

I saw this on Yahoo yesterday morning. Seems like the 2k's are in for a recall. Sounds like it is NOT the steering shaft though. Too bad. Try this link to the story:

Dude..cool your jets for a minute.
Wait until you recieve notification from GM about a campaign.
First, GM is not going to send out letters for a month..why...to get the necessary parts to the dealer.
Secondly, if you show up in the service department, they may not know anything about the campaign because GM hasn't sent them the info.
Third(and most importantly)..YOUR VEHICLE MAY NOT BE INVOLVED!
sounds like it is going to affect vehicles with Hydroboost
And the news media always "breaks" these stories long before the proper steps have been taken

yep looks to me like its ones where the brake booster is run off of the power strering pump instead of vaccum ... most of these will be 3/4 tons and 1 tons i do believe
