factory boss system replacement

I'm getting ready to put a new system in my wife's 96 rs and I was wandering if there is a way to convert the boss speakers over to run on a regular deck. I know in my 95, I couldn't make it work so I had to run new wiring and speakers throughout the car. I would like to avoid doing this again. Anyone got any ideas?
