Just like the subject title says, I've read other threads on this subject and just cant decide. I've read about others having 10.4mm wires, such as Jake. So Jake if you read this did you like the wires? I found some MSD wires and Taylor Race wires and dont know which one is better? If someone else has a suggestion can they please help. And where would the best place to buy the wires?

Here are the Taylor 10.4mm wires.

A lot of people use MSD wires...They are very popular so im assuming they are doing something right. But different plugs and wires work better with different cars. The only thing that drew me away from them is the price of the wires. I recetly bought NGK wires, and a lot of dsmers prefer them and their plugs. The thing is, i havent installed them yet. Im sure they will work just as good as MSD. If you do get MSD wires, let us know how they are.

Oh and those seem a little pricey for MSD. I have seen them usually sell for 60. Also, try summitracing.com.....they might be cheaper than prostreet

I have had not problems yet with the Taylor 10.4mm wires I have. A lot of my friends run Taylor wires and thats what made my decision to use them, plus I got them for half off so I couldnt turn them down!

EDIT: Another thing, if you get the 10.4mm wires say good buy to your spark plug wires cover. The wires are huge so they do not allow you to put your cover back on, I'll look and see if I can find a pic of them on my car somewhere on my computer then I'll post it up!

im sure your asking what spark plugs are better, but with the mods you have currently, i think the factory wires are just fine.

The short answer is NGK wires all the way. Or stock.

The not so short but still substantially abreviated answer is I've seen all parts store type brand wires fail on install, I got 2 or 3 sets in a row of magnecores that misfired out of the box, seen dometic performance brands like accel etc FOI, and so on. Ran well into the 11s for a long time on a 203 year old set of stock wires, and have never seen a bad set of NGKs. Quite a contrast. Some poeple will have good luck with every brand I'm sure, but Ive had bad luck with ALL brands, except stock and NGK. I take that back. Of the 2-3 magnecore sets I did manage to find one good one to replace a NGK wire that was too short after mounting the coilpack on the firewall. But I bought another set of NGKs so I can get rid of that POS before it screws me over. :D Ah well, take all that for what its worth... Your Mileage May Vary.

I have Nology wires. And I never had a problem with them.I got them as a gift. When I change mine I will probobly go with Taylor or NGK.

The car came with Bosch wires, and they are now in really bad condition. So thats why I'm replacing them. I found some NGK's at machV.com which are about $87 dollars. Is $87 a good price?

I just looked are Nology and all i can say is damn! They are expensive!

Those are them, there is only one type of NGK wire for our cars.

Even 1g and 2g isnt that different, just the length. Poeple with relocated coil packs will buy the 2g/short set or 1g/long set depending on the setup. I'm using a 1g set.

Hmm. SBRs site doesnt list them now. I paid 60 for mine. Thats the going rate, has been for years. MachV is a ripoff, as always. ;)
