Why?

I am still trying to figure out why people would want to take a semi-decient car, add a muffler to make it sound like a pissed of bumble bee, a large stupid looking aluminum wing, a body kit, too many stickers, and numerous other crap to their cars??? does this make any sense to anybody? it sure dosn't to me... :screwy:

Hi 95, did you get run off the road by a ricer or something? You just have to remember, not everybody can drive a rig as sweet as an XJ, and thus these XJ deficient people have to make up for it in some way.

It's kinda like these guys where I live, they'll take a standard issue pick-up (Dodge, Ford, Chev - no matter) jack it up 6", put monster mudders on it, a gun rack in the back window and a Rottwieler in the back that snaps and barks at you when you park next to it at the grocery store. It gives them a sense of power, or they're making up for a little bitty winkie...

that is a good video but, I have three questions...
1) why pull the vehicle from that side, its common sense that it would pull further into the snow
2) Why take a car sitting that low into a snow bank?
3) why in the hell would you attempt to pull a car from the bumper beam? it wasn't designed for that

yeah! id like to park my 36s on their roof sometimes they dont bother me that bad if they drive like a normal person and not hit the gas so many times at the stop light :gives:

lol... actually I think it is funny they pull up and want to race at every light, The sad part is my jeep can beat most of them... My friend has a '84 porche 944 we were on the highway playin around, He couldn't pass me until my governor kicked in. The cherokee is actually pretty fast off the line. I want to take mine down the the drag stip just for the hell ofit to see what it can do. maybe have it put on a dyno also
