Help Please

I HAVE A 1986 S-15 and I am trying to put a 4.3 motor in it I have the plates to mount it in the truck What motor mount do I need to use the ones off of the 2.8 sit the motor to high and the tranny will not go up. NAy help would be thankful.

You'll need the complete transmission since the bell housings are different, and I believe the 4.3L motor mounts.

If you do this swap you should probably try getting a complete wrecked s-10 so you have everything there that you need.
Then you can sell everything that you don't need and it'll recover most of your costs back.

A 3.4L from a mid 80's comaro is a direct bolt in, and a lot less coin.
