Hatch Ratteling

My friend just put a system in his 92 Eclipse GS, and he notices rattling for the hatch, and he has checked all the screws connected to the body, and he can't figure out how to tighten it down or keep it from rattling. He also has a problem with rattling in his side view and rear view mirrors. Is there a way to tighten them? Thx!

when my friend puts subs in his trunk it rattled and he went to the audio place and they sold him insualation that keeps it from rattling,it helped him

Dynamat also works wonders too...its hard to install and kinda expensive but in the long run its great for the sound and they make cheaper versions that do the same thing

dynamat is the same thing as the insulation already mentioned. also make sure the actual hatch LATCH isn't what is rattling. it will be metal on metal and obvious sounding.

yea but dont buy it from a store...its outrageous...check somwhere on the net
