whats with the double underlines

i noticed some words in threads are double underlined. is it just me?

Can you post a screen shot? Sounds like your computer is infected with spyware.

if he is running windows he should try their new spyware software. it is free and it cleared my computer of about 20 infections that adaware and spybot both missed numerous times. Just go to microsoft.com and you can't miss it.
