Power steering pump and pulley removal?

I have a 91 chevy s-10 Blazer and have a leak at the P/S pump. It has a serpitene belt so there is no adjustment. I have a GM pulley remover but there is a hex bolt/nut in the center of the pulley. The question is to remove it do you turn it clock wise or counter clock wise? and How do you hold the pulley from turning? The center bolt/nut seems to be frozen, is there a technique to get it unfrozen? After I remove the pulley, is there a seal that I can replace or do I need a new pump?

Thanks

You do not remove that hex nut. You use a puller to pull the pully of off the shaft. Its a press fit
