EGR Valve - 3.1 engine

Can anyone give me any advice on the best way to remove the egr valve. I can loosen the front bolt but the bolt at the rear appears impossible to reach. Can't get a socket/wrench on due to the mushroom shape of the valve. Just able to get a 10mm ring spanner on the bolt head but can't move the spanner , as no room for hands.

:confused: May have to remove power steering pump and alternator just to get my hand into position.

As a matter of interest the dealer in the UK wants $143.00 for a new egr valve and in the USA they cost $50.00 ??? if I can find any US parts dealer who will ship to the UK.
