zc block w/ d16a8 head?

is it possible to put a a8 head on a zc block. and if so does it just bolt up and thats it or do i have to do a few mods. also any power gain with this set up over a stock zc engine.

from what i've heard *not too much info on this site about the a8* the ecu is the main diff from the zc.

i wouldnt see any gains really anyway.
money could be much better spent on other things
