fasten Seatbelt light in a 76' f250 help!

Anyone know how to disable that damned light? I have tryed everything I can think of seatbelt wise, it's so annoying, especially at night? Thoughts? Maybe what wire I can cut, etc?

Just open the dash and pull the dang thing out
