Annoying Interior "Beep"

Annoying "BEEP" Heard After Turning Off Ignition
Every time I shut my 1992 TC off, I hear this ANNOYING "BEEP" (that keeps going off intermittently, even after I lock the doors with the keypad.
Can anyone offer a solution to stopping this annoying noice? I've looked through the owner's manual to see if maybe I could just pull the breaker for the alaem - but I see there are several breakers associated with the alarm.
This "BEEP" is driving me CRAZY! I just want it to go away!!!!

i am sorry i dont have an answer for you problem but am interested to see what the hell is causing it.. i have the same iss with a 97 sig ser' when i shut of the ignition ther is a bee that i think is coming from out side the car but is the same pitch/tone as the interior warning "chime"
so your not crazy in this mine does it too
just never paid much attention to it after i figured that it seems to have no effect on the operation of the car... my car is garaged so i dont know if this happens any other time the only time im around the car is when i am in it lol
