headlights out

hi..
i hope someone can help.I have a 1995 mercury villager and my two headlights have gone out.im thinking its a fuse since both are out. i checked the manual and the fuse # 19 controls the headlamps the corner lights and chime. But the corner lamps and chime both work and the fuse looks fine. In the engine compartment fuse box there is a fuse for lhp and another for rhp, but both look fine and its not likely both would be out. Same for the relays each has its own relay located in different spots.So...
What should i check next, any ideas ?

it actually was that both bulbs burnt out!!! thats an easy fix!
