S-10 Body Lift

I Have An 89 S-10 Blazer 4.3 4x4 Auto, Which Is My Second Car Used Mostly For Work And Fishing Trips. I Am Looking To Add A 3" Body Lift And Possibly 33" Wheels. Would This Work Well On This Truck And Would I Have To Make Any Modifications To Drive Train Or Elsewhere?
