1994 s-10 4 wd

I can hear the 4wd kick in, but as soon as i give it some gas , i think im hearing pop out. anybody have similar problems?

floor or electronic 4x4?

vacuum actuator or the encoder motor on the transfer case.

Check all your vacuum lines for leaks also.

I have the same problem, what did you do to fix it?
