invalid attachment

the valid format is txt I dont have this format how can I remain this

What are trying to post ? If you want to post a picture in your mesage go
to the upload photo site (http://www.automotiveforums.com/upload/) and load your pic,then copy the address of the pic you uploaded and click on the IMG button on the reply page and follow the directions.
