Idle surge

OKay, so I finally found the time to go in and clean the isc servo motor. But, it didn't change a thing, I still have the same problem. I also noticed that the idle adjuster bolt is missing, yet my car idles at 2500 RPM sometimes, and then does all that other crap still. I also noticed that there is considerable slack in the cable that goes from that part where the idle adjuster is to the gas pedal and the spring that surrounds that piece of plastic is pretty loose too. I am gonna try and take it to the Dodge dealership and have them take a look at it for me. In the mean time, if anyone happens to know something about this, I would really appreciate it, and thanks for all the other advice, even though it didnt help, I know how to that much more on my own, which is cool.
