You discovered... Or I provided?
You wouldnt be able to get that car past Canadian borders either... Its not US street legal, its only legal in Canada because of the 15 year rule, and America is 10 years behind, so you'll have to wait another 10 years to get it through. And shipping from JNS to NC wont be cheap either... Not at all. Im talking to them to get me a JDM 240Zed or PCG-10.
And where are you at in NC bro?

ya you're outta luck bro, basically zedex covered everything...its legal in canada but unless you wanna fish out another 20 grand to legalize it in usa, then you gotta wait 10 more years or wish for a miracle to happen with the importation laws
CAD means $$ in canadian, GST is the goods and services tax which is either 7 or 8 %

well really you're just wanting a track car to beat your friend, then u shouldn't base your choice on a skyline cuz there would be a lot of hassle to get one and get it legalized anways, u might as well just pick up a 1g DSM or stang or something worth way less and mod it

Canadian Dollars, and it is 7%. You also have to pay a PST charge of anywhere from 0-10% Depending on the Province. It is Provincial Service Tax.
It's legal up here, but payuing another 16k for it would come out to around 25k for the car anyway, so It is probably better to do this then pay 30k for a Motorex skyline, and 16+ for legalization. Then again, maybe it isn't. It's up to you, what you want to do. I say Buy it and pay just legalization fees from motorex, But it's your money, so...
