Civic/RSX front end

hay everyone. i saw this 98 civic the other day with a complete RSX front end on it. does anyone know if this is a direct fit(wings, bonnet, bummer, lights etc)or was this a custom job,.,.,.,.,.

I have seen the full kit on sale in magazines so search around for it. I seem to remember it was around 1600 USD or so.
