buy 2002 sonata

I am getting ready to purchase a 2002 hyundai sonata (base model, no abs, no sunroof, nothing special) from a local dealer. 46,000mi and currently at $9k. Is this a reasonable price, what should I look for (i.e. common problems with the sonata)?
